CapQuest considers the confidendiality of any information you may provide us with, as well as your personal details, to be of the utmost importance.

In this Notice, “CapQuest”, “we” and “our” means CapQuest Group Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, CapQuest Debt Recovery Limited, CapQuest Investments Limited and CapQuest Asset Management Limited.  “You” means the user of this website.  “Customer” refers either to a debtor whose account CapQuest has purchased, or to a debtor whose account is owned by a third party who has engaged CapQuest to act on their behalf to recover the debt. This Privacy Notice applies to both current and former customers.

 

We collect Personal Information about customers from the following sources; (a) information we receive from them, (b) information concerning their transactions with us, our affiliates, or others and (c) information we receive from consumer reporting agencies. We may disclose the following kinds of non-public personal information about our customers: (a) information we receive from our customers, such as names, addresses and national insurance numbers; (b) information about our customers’ transactions with our subsidiaries, affiliates or others, such as their account balance, payment history, parties to account transactions, and account usage; and (c) information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as credit histories. Any information received will be held on computer for the purposes of enabling us to provide you with a helpful and effective service. We do not share any of your information with any other unauthorized party. We do not sell, lease or rent our data lists or generate any revenue from third parties through the sale of personal information generated by this site.

 

To maintain security of customer information, we restrict access to your personal and account information to persons who need to know that information. CV’s received by CapQuest are using only for employment purposes or such other purpose you may request. If you forward a CV to us in response to an advertised position we will not submit your CV, or any identifying details, to any other person without your permission. Such permission may be given in writing, by e-mail or by telephone contact.
