Group Operations Director - Joined CapQuest in May 2004.  With responsibility for business operations, HR, IT, Compliance, Facilities, Health & Safety and Legal Services. Bringing 28 years’ experience in operational and human resources management in financial services, manufacturing and retail businesses and holds an MA in Human Resources Management and an LLM in Employment Law.

Mortgage Servicing Director - Over 20 years mortgage experience gained at investment banks, mortgage servicers and specialist lenders with experience ranging from sales and marketing, new business origination and underwriting through to collections and repossessions with emphasis on mortgage systems, operations, customer service and client relations.

Mortgage Servicing Manager - 15 years experience in mortgage servicing.  Experience gained in an investment bank, mortgage servicer, specialist lender and the banking subsidiary of a major insurance company.  Particular experience in mortgage servicing processes, securitisations, third party management and start-up operations.

Mortgage Arrears & Recoveries Manager - 18 years mortgage collections experience including 9 years primarily focussed on sub–prime and securitised debt.  Experience gained at a clearing bank, specialist lender and an established mortgage servicer. Combines technical knowledge with a practical, results-oriented approach to deliver exceptional arrears management and recoveries performance.
